Job Details

  • We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the brand’s business growth and expand the brand’s market presence.
  • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Top 3 Specific Goals:

  • Establish a solid pipeline of B2B customers in the shortest possible time
  • Understand and help develop/improve current sales/customer acquisition process.
  • Constantly meeting assigned sales target.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of the Nigerian market, including key players, customers, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong experience with B2B sales and ability to foster relationships with key decision makers on client side.
