About The Role:

  • As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be instrumental in pinpointing potential clients and coordinating appointments with them.
  • Essentially, your focus will be on engaging with prospects to schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for our inbound sales team
  • Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
  • Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or any relevant related field.
  • Experience in sales or customer service/Telesales.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Currently working remotely.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

  • Have prior experience working remotely.
