Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to oversee various initiatives and developments within our shopping mall.

Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• For planning, executing, and evaluating a range of projects aimed at enhancing the mall’s facilities, operations, and services.
• Your duties will include coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, setting project timelines and budgets, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, BEd or BSc in a relevant field with 3 years work experience.
