Purpose

Requirements / Key Competencies

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in performance management
  • Knowledge of employment laws, best practices in performance management
  • HR management principles, workforce planning, strategic planning
  • Effective communication skills
  • Project management skills, critical thinking, work simplification methods
  • Customer focus, tech-savvy, action-oriented, results-driven, innovative
  • Ability to optimize work processes, resilience, self-development, nimble learning
