Purpose
- Develop and execute programs to evaluate, measure, and enhance employee performance.
Deliverables:
- Monitor performance
- Develop & implement company-wide performance appraisal programs
- Provide advice to management and employees
- Ensure effective use of performance measures
- Identify and manage risks, effect organizational change
- Measure performance against company-defined competences
- Oversee development of agency core competencies, values, & key performance measures
- Analyze & report measurement results
- Conduct presentations & training on performance appraisal system
- Assess employee skills, develop improvement plans
- Conduct succession planning assessments
- Recommend change management initiatives.
Requirements / Key Competencies
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in performance management
- Knowledge of employment laws, best practices in performance management
- HR management principles, workforce planning, strategic planning
- Effective communication skills
- Project management skills, critical thinking, work simplification methods
- Customer focus, tech-savvy, action-oriented, results-driven, innovative
- Ability to optimize work processes, resilience, self-development, nimble learning
