Job Description:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our client’s office. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding
• Knowledge of performance management and employee development
• Understanding of compensation and benefits administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Experience in labor law compliance.
