Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial principles with extensive experience in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and financial goals.
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and forecasting.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of various financial decisions.
Capital Management:
- Manage the company’s capital structure and optimize the use of financial resources.
- Evaluate and execute financing options, including debt financing, equity financing, and other capital-raising strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Implement controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Second degree and Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience of 10 years in finance leadership roles, preferably within the finance industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, including letter of credit, loans, corporate financing, and capital markets.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in microsoft office packages.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability, with a focus on integrity and ethical conduct.
