Job Overview:

  • We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Field Sales Executive in a Construction Chemical Manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales visits, cold calls, and networking activities to generate leads and identify potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals and maximize profitability.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company, consistently striving for business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to coordinate sales efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
  • Utilize sales tools such as CRM software, sales tracking systems, and mobile applications to manage leads, track sales activities, and report progress.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times, maintaining integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products or services and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Proven experience in field sales or direct sales roles, preferably in a relevant industry or sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability and resilience to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to embrace challenges and learn from experiences.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and technology, including CRM software, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
