Description 

• A cosmetic store is in need of a sales supervisor responsible for effective management and optimization of business operations for the business sales team by meeting expected targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the operations of the sales team.
• Hold weekly training with all new staffs, 3 times a week (Nigerian & international stores)
• Conduct periodic training for sales representative team
• Conduct periodic training and revisions with old staffs
• Implement strategies to cross-sell and up-sell cosmetic products or services.
• Build a new customer base to maximize sales.
• Work on strategies to improve team motivation
• Supervise field marketing and sales force.

Requirements
The candidates should possess the following:

• A Degree in Marketing or any business-related course.
• 1- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possess good leadership skills
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Good communication skills
• Only candidates who live within Abuja metropolis will be considered.
