Job Summary

  • The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives.
  • Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the office of the CEO
  • Plans and manages the CEO’s itinerary and meetings.
  • Takes minutes of meetings and prepares reports as required.
  • Represents the CEO in some meetings
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the CEOs behalf.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Performing minor accounting duties.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Managing the CEOs calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

Requirements

  • 1st degree in Estate Management, Engineering or related discipline
  • Relevant professional certifications
  • 5-8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or Director
  • Looks professional and presentable.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
  • Sociable and confidential
  • Report writing.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and Microsoft office tools
  • Excellent Communication skills.
