Role Description

• We are seeking a full-time Direct Sales Agent to join our team in Sabon Gari.
• The role of a Direct Sales Agent will involve developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.
• This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate and influence customers.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide high-quality service to clients, solve customer complaints, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Finance: Understanding of financial concepts, keeping accurate sales records, and managing cash.
• Sales: Proven track record in sales, ability to close deals, meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other local languages.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
