Position Overview
- Your responsibility as a digital marketer is to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote products or services, build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify target audience segments and devise targeted marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Set campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Content Creation and Optimization:
- Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.

- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop high-quality content.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the organization’s presence on social media platforms.

- Use social media advertising to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement tracking tags, landing page optimizations, and other CRO initiatives.
Marketing Automation:
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and automate marketing processes, including lead nurturing, email marketing, and customer segmentation.
- Develop and implement automated email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, campaign management, and content creation.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
