The Marketing and Communications Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for Churchgate. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing and communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and promote our luxury real estate offerings.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with sales and business development initiatives.

Brand Management:

  • Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand identity across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
  • Monitor brand perception and implement strategies to positively influence brand image.

Content Creation:

  • Oversee the creation of compelling and high-quality content for various channels, including websites, social media, print materials, and more.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to produce engaging multimedia content.

Digital Marketing:

  • Drive digital marketing campaigns to increase online presence and lead generation.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to maximize digital outreach.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Public Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Plan and execute PR campaigns to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand visibility.

Event Management:

  • Plan and coordinate high-profile events to showcase luxury properties and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including invitations, venue selection, and post-event analysis.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Additional Requirement:

  • Proven experience of 7years in marketing and communications roles within the luxury real estate or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, content creation, and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate. Full time – onsite role.
