Your Role Involves:
- Managing all Affiliates of the company;
- Be end to end responsible for all third party resellers;
- Managed all processes regarding Affiliate program;
- Find and onboard new Partners on Affiliate program;
- Tracks for the implementation of the set goals and tasks, including KPIs;
- You comply with company standards.
What You’ll Do Daily:
- Determining clients needs by conducting meetings to outline their digital goals;
- Overseeing the client’s online presence and identifying areas of improvement;
- Actively communicate customer needs and KPIs with services delivery team;
- Being able to analyze the effectiveness of the digital marketing services effort and translate and communicate it with our business partners;
- You will work closely with services delivery team such as graphic designers, content writers, digital marketing specialists, strategists, etc.;
- You will work closely with Sales and Services leads;
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust;
- You are highly focused in great level of customer satisfaction;
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns;
- Keeping abreast with the digital and e-commerce industry.
We Expect:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Account manager;
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and delivering tasks;
- Ability to align project goals with broader company objectives, contributing to the overall business strategy;
- Skill in navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a structured approach to project management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and transparent information flow across teams and stakeholders;
- High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken);
- Positive and friendly attitude;
- Desire for personal & professional growth at an international scale.
