What You’ll Do: 

  • Identify and target potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline and nurturing client relationships.  
  • Communicate the value of our tech outsourcing services, including software development and IT support solutions.  
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.  
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the commercial banking sector.  
  • Developing a robust pipeline, lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure a seamless transition to the delivery team.  
  • Work closely with internal teams to exceed client expectations and drive customer success.  

Key Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.  
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology outsourcing industry.  
  • 2+ years of sales experience and client development, with a minimum of 1 year selling into EMEA  
  • A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business  
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions, software development, and IT services.  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently. 
  • Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed.
