Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee performance appraisal, development, and training programs.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Microsoft and PowerPoint skills are essential
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and travel industry regulations isanadvantage.
