Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes to ensure the company attracts top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance skills and boost employee productivity.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring fair assessments and career growth opportunities for employees.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement compensation, benefits, and reward systems to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee HR metrics, such as employee turnover, performance, and productivity, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes.
  • Ensure the company complies with labor laws and employment regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Lead conflict resolution and employee relations matters, ensuring issues are addressed and documented appropriately.
  • Advise leadership on HR matters, including employee performance, organizational structure, and company culture.
  • Manage HR staff and ensure efficient daily operations of the HR department.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify key workforce challenges and implement solutions to improve overall performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with at least 3 years in HR management.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience with talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
