Role Description

  • This is a full-time Senior Sales Manager role at Estility. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • The position will involve both in-person meetings with clients in Lekki, as well as remote work options, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Train recruits and interns, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Market research and competitor analysis are used to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and oversee contract management processes.
