Purpose Statement
- We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team.
- As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our investment unit, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and increasing revenue.
- You will utilize your strong sales experience to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales conversion by effectively selling CredPal’s products and services to potential clients over the phone.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their financial needs and matching them with appropriate credit card solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and communicate the value proposition of CredPal’s products and services to potential clients effectively.
- Close sales deals by overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and securing commitments from clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, interactions, and transactions, in our CRM system.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to address customer inquiries effectively and objections.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences, market demands, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 1+ Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly persuasive and skilled in objection handling and closing techniques.
- Results-oriented mindset with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
