Job Details

  • Lead the optimization of the sales process, continually assessing and refining sales methodologies and technologies.
  • Develop comprehensive sales coverage models and territory plans.
  • Conduct high-level sales forecasting and goal setting.
  • Manage and integrate the sales technology stack, ensuring effective CRM system usage.
  • Oversee communication, data management, and comprehensive reporting systems.
  • Implement automation to enhance sales activities and efficiency.
  • Direct robust training programs focused on product knowledge and strategic sales approaches.
  • Foster knowledge management, empowering the sales team with critical information.
  • Support market intelligence, and manage contracts, service level agreements, and customer relationships.
  • Implement and refine sales methodologies, identifying and standardizing best practices.
  • Define and track Process KPIs and metrics for sales effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and administer compensation and incentive plans to motivate and drive sales performance.
  • Oversee the Shuttlers Squad to drive performance and target achievement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience in quantitative analysis, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
  • Strong presentation skills and familiarity with CRM and data management.
  • Prior experience in a technology or logistics/mobility company.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects and operate effectively under time constraints.
  • Experience in sales process optimization and sales technology management.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
