ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts in the automotive sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and understanding their evolving business needs.

Sales Process Management:

  • Oversee the complete sales process, from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless experience for corporate clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to each corporate account, aligning with overall organizational goals.

Sales Performance:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
  • Regularly assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Effective Presentations:

  • Deliver compelling presentations showcasing Carbin Africa’s products and services, emphasizing their value proposition and alignment with client requirements.
  • Tailor presentations to address specific challenges and opportunities within each corporate account.

Negotiation Skills:

  • Engage in effective negotiations to secure favorable terms for both Carbin Africa and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that negotiated agreements are aligned with company policies and objectives.

Revenue Forecasting:

  • Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts based on a thorough understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and sales pipeline.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of key developments and addressing any issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven success achieving and exceeding quotas
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to close
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Thorough understanding of the company’s products and services
  • Proficient use of Google Office ( google docs, google sheet etc).
