Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
