Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Administrator at Givanas Cosmetics Nigeria Limited in Lagos. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing and maintaining accurate customer records, processing sales orders, coordinating with internal departments, and providing excellent customer service.
  • You will also assist in organizing sales promotional activities and tracking sales performance.

Objective

  • To support the Head of Sales & Marketing by administering the sales information system and provide all other administrative services for the sales department and the entire Givanas Cosmetics Staff.

Essential Job result:

  • Attain a level of efficiency and effectiveness in providing support for the sales & marketing team.
  • Attain a level of efficiency in the processing of customer orders and act as a point of contact for customers with queries about orders.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / Degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
