Position Overview:

• As a Real Estate Investment Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company.
• You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, advising and closing deals with potential clients, as well as providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available properties to prospective buyers.
• Understand clients’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties that meet their requirements.
• Negotiate terms of sale, prepare sales agreements, and facilitate the closing process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
• Collaborate with team members, including brokers, marketing professionals, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth and efficient sales transactions.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills in real estate sales.
