Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, market segments, and business opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s presence in the market.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s services and establish new contacts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in real estate development and investment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values and mission in all interactions with clients and partners.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or additional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the real estate industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, including knowledge of property types, market dynamics, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
