• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing Manager to oversee our financial activities and ensure the smooth running of our Marketing department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent marketing skills, and a proven track record in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals and mission.
• Lead and execute marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels, including PPC campaigns, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
• Analyse market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with a Master’s degree or MBA.
• 4 – 5 years work experience.
• Proven experience 8years in marketing roles, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives that drive business results and customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and messaging, able to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance measurement, using insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
