Responsibilities

  • General IT Knowledge.
  • Network Management: Set-up, Configuration and Support
  • Server Administration
  • Ensure prompt response to customers’ requests and enquiries at all times and across all channels
  • Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Escalate customer complaints/enquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate
  • Enlighten customers about the company’s products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
  • Provide firstlevel technical support services.
  • Monitor and maintain customer database servers.

Requirements

  • Candidates with OND / HND / B.Sc qualification can apply
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
  • A male is required.
  • Must be ready to work on weekends (Saturday / Sunday including Public Holidays) off day is available.
  • Must be ready to operate on shift (Morning / Night).
  • Working knowledge of the computer is required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
