Responsibilities
- General IT Knowledge.
- Network Management: Set-up, Configuration and Support
- Server Administration
- Ensure prompt response to customers’ requests and enquiries at all times and across all channels
- Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Escalate customer complaints/enquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate
- Enlighten customers about the company’s products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
- Provide firstlevel technical support services.
- Monitor and maintain customer database servers.
Requirements
- Candidates with OND / HND / B.Sc qualification can apply
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
- A male is required.
- Must be ready to work on weekends (Saturday / Sunday including Public Holidays) off day is available.
- Must be ready to operate on shift (Morning / Night).
- Working knowledge of the computer is required.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
