Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer at Fina Trust Microfinance Bank, located in Lagos.
- As a Loan Officer, your day-to-day tasks will involve customer service, loan origination, finance, underwriting, and ensuring loan compliance.
- You will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting credit analyses, providing financial guidance to customers, and maintaining accurate loan records.

Qualifications
- Loan Officers and Underwriting skills
- Experience in finance and loan origination
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial information
- Knowledge of loan compliance regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the microfinance industry is a plus
- 1-5 years related experience
