Human Resource Manager needed at TeamAce Limited

Job Summary

As our Human Resource Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the resort. This role is essential in ensuring a positive work environment, effective recruitment and retention strategies, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the full recruitment cycle and coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through various initiatives.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs and conduct salary reviews and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
Salary Range: 250,000 350,000
