Position Description

  • As the Head of Brand and Marketing at Termii, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand identity, positioning, and marketing strategies.
  • You will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Termii’s brand visibility and market presence.
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Define and communicate Termii’s brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to target audiences.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts through data-driven marketing initiatives and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive product adoption.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, monitor campaign performance, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to amplify Termii’s brand reach and impact.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (Minimum 4 years) in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving business impact.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
