The Role:

  • The Digital Content & Design Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the creation and execution of engaging visual content and social media strategies to elevate Periwinkle Residences’ brand awareness and online presence.
  • You’ll leverage your design skills, content creation expertise, and social media knowledge to develop impactful marketing materials and foster a thriving online community.
  • We require a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong preference for experience in a branding or marketing design role.

Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities, including:

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

  • Develop visually compelling graphics, social media posts, presentations, and other marketing materials that align with Periwinkle Residences’ brand identity.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop and other design software to create high-quality visuals.
  • Conceptualize and execute engaging short-form video content (e.g., social media videos, explainer videos) using video editing software like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Pinnacle Studio (familiarity with any is sufficient).
  • Assist with photography shoots and manage the brand’s image library.

Social Media Management & Growth:

  • Develop and implement engaging social media content calendars to build brand awareness and community engagement across various platforms.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media data and insights to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Branding & Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about current design trends and industry best practices.
  • Be a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues across the branding and marketing departments.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience in a design-related field, preferably within a branding or marketing role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, content creation abilities, and an understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design software (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Working knowledge of video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Pinnacle Studio, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
