Role Overview:

• We are seeking a proactive, creative thinking and detail-oriented Growth Associate to join our marketing team.
• You’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to execute marketing campaigns, analyse data, and contribute to our overall brand success.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events, etc.).
• Coordinate campaign logistics, including scheduling, asset creation, and distribution.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to campaign timelines.

Content Support:

• Creatively curate and develop engaging marketing collateral to promote our services (blog posts, social media content, videos, etc.).
• Maintain content calendars and update website content as needed.

Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyse marketing performance data using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
• Identify trends and recommend optimization strategies.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Assist in creating customer personas and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
• Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies and best practices.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in organising and promoting company events, webinars, and conferences.
• Manage event logistics, invitations, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing invoices, and tracking expenses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
