Professional Background

  • Possess a background in information and communication technology (ICT).
  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of ICT products and solutions, or hold a certain level of influence within the ICT sector.

Execution Capability of Corporate Strategy:

  • Execute regional strategic goals by identifying precise objectives and strategies through thorough market analysis (including industry, customer, competition, Huawei, and opportunities) and ensuring their effective implementation.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • A Bachelors Degree or Higher in PR or similar
  • Demonstrated track record in cultivating and sustaining government relationships, preferably with direct personal connections.
  • +4 years of practical experience in Government Affairs – Public Relations.
  • Proficiency in ICT, particularly in areas like Cloud Computing and 5G technology.
