Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company website, and generate leads.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and graphic design, to create cohesive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and customer acquisition in the construction industry.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and online directories.
  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve website usability, conversion rates, and user experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
