Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a courteous and timely manner. Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer service. This includes; customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to development and customer satisfaction of the company and work with the team to strategically execute main goals which is growth.
- Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and inquiries in our CRM system.
- Stay knowledgeable- about products/services, pricing and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collect, monitor, Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.
- Uphold our company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / NCE qualification.
- Strong problem – solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent time management and
- organizational skills.
- proficiency in using Microsoft office suite
- Proven Experience as a customer service representative
