- Greet customers warmly.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges and take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale and Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions and Handle product recalls.
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancelation and inform customer of deals and promotions
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes and Work with Sales Reps and Purchasing Officer across all our branches to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing and ensure Company is not losing money
- Market and convert to sales all Company Products either New products or Scrap and services to all prospective customers.
- Assist in Preparing invoice and receipt with all other Vouchers as peculiar to our business for all transactions and manage returns of merchandise with proper documentation.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Provide customer feedback to the Management for seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and price.
