Job Responsibilities

• The Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies for the organization’s clients.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Content Creation: The Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating a wide range of content, such as press releases, social media posts, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials, that effectively convey messages for clients.
• Media Relations: The Communications Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers to promote clients and increase visibility.
• Brand Management: The Communications Specialist will be responsible for ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
• Digital Marketing: The Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to promote the organization and increase engagement with client’s target audience.
• Analytics and Reporting: The Communications Specialist will be responsible for tracking and analyzing communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, as well as excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have at least 4 years experinence
• They should be proficient in using social media management tools. Experience in news writing and copy editing is preferred.
• The Communications Specialist must be a team player with the right attitude to work and life.
• The individual must be committed to working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
• The individual must have a positive, reliable, adaptable, communicative, collaborative, problem-solving, and committed spirit.
