Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communication and information flow between the agency and the client.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and exceeding expectations.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including timeline tracking, budget monitoring, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and present client reports, including progress updates, campaign performance metrics, and other relevant information.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage client agendas, and take detailed notes to ensure action items are documented and followed up on.
  • Assist with creative presentations, ensuring all materials are well-organized and effectively communicate campaign strategies.
  • Manage client contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Process client invoices and track payments.
  • Identify and address client concerns promptly and professionally, seeking solutions and keeping the account team informed.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client needs, objectives, and brand guidelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client service for the advertising industry.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the agency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client service or account management role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Experience in the advertising industry (a plus).
