Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails.
  • Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3 – 10 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
