Key Responsibilities
- Make submissions and prepare draft letters on specific matters
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of periodic reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department as necessary or requested
- Appropriately communicate agency information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email and regular interpersonal communication.
- Oversee general facility maintenance
- Manage employee’s health and safety in the workplace by ensuring adherence to employee safety and health regulations Agency-wide
- Ensure all departments have appropriate space, infrastructure, and workplace environment to function at an optimal level as defined EDSG policy, standards and guidelines.
- Manage the fleet and drivers and other associated assignments
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the disciplines of Social Science or Humanities.
- NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Presentations etc.
- Applicants must be 35 years old or younger to be considered for the job.
