Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the dynamics of small to medium-sized businesses, maximizing revenue generation and market penetration.
  • Independently lead experiential sales activities, focusing on creating engaging initiatives to drive sales.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the social media team on occasion to align experiential sales activities with overall marketing strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, fostering loyalty and advocacy for our brand.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • HND / B.SC. in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales roles, with an understanding of experiential sales, preferably within the beauty, skincare, wellness or related industries 
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets, particularly in small to medium-sized businesses or startup environments.
  • Experience with small business dynamics and limitations, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in achieving results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion or experience for skincare and beauty products, with a keen understanding of consumer preferences and industry trends is an added advantage.
