- The Sales Account Executive reports to the Sales Account Manager and is responsible for providing assistance to the materialization of the strategy for both internal and outsourced operations of specific markets.
As a Sales Account Executive you will:
- Assist the Sales Account Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of their area of responsibility
- Be responsible for data analysis, quality, training, and ensuring that defined KPIs are met
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports
- Handle daily operational requests and strategies
- Manage all aspects of the relationship with the BPO, including but not limited to meetings, daily/weekly/monthly communications, queries, contacts, and escalations;
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or other relevant fields
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Project Management or BPO
- Proven experience within the NG market
- Good understanding of CRM tools and campaign planning
- Very good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Passion about Sales, with a customer-driven approach
- Fluency in English and excellent command excellent command of Nigerian English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in iGaming industry will be considered a plus
