Job Description

• We require the service of a travel counselor in our Lagos office at Ikeja. Ideal candidate must be a current Youth Corps member in Lagos. Corps members in need of a place of primary assignment (PPA) should apply.

Key Objectives

• Understanding clients travel requirements and asking relevant questions to gather as much information as possible
• Outline all options regarding possible destinations, flights, car rentals, accommodation as well as discuss issue like safety and immunization with clients
• Meticulously capturing all clients information into the company’s database
• Booking flights, accommodation and arranging car rentals base on clients specifications
• Ensuring clients are provided with itinerary and schedules where require
• Answering all clients questions and addressing complaints as soon as possible
• Reporting to the head of travels
• Keeping all clients information strictly confidential
• Providing friendly services and building a professional relationship with clients

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any relevant field (from a recognised university)
• With a first-class or minimum 0f 2:1
• Age: 21-24yrs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Little experience in the travel industry with good geographical knowledge will be advantageous
• Strong computer literacy
• Strong telephone and email etiquitte
• A personable matter and sharp attention to details
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a male applicant
• Must resides around ikeja or it environment
