Job Objective:

Ensures the development and implementation of the Talent Management and Performance Management process whilst attracting and retaining the best people.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the company’s performance management system, including updating job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation tools
  • Oversee the review and update of the Company’s organogram and manning level.
  • Develop and implement initiative to support the design, development and implementation of the talent management initiatives required to achieve business goals
  • Monitors the adherence to performance appraisal cycle and work with line managers to achieve agreed timelines
  • Coordinates the development and modification of Key Performance Indicators across the company
  • Develops and implements career development initiatives that are in line with the business strategy to improve a dynamic and collaborative work environment
  • Intervenes and assists staff in resolving basic HR service delivery issues relating to performance system (appraisal and 360 degrees), personal production portal, employee welfare, job movement, reward and recognition etc.
  • Gain feedback for units and use information gathered to improve the performance appraisal experience/system
  • Identifies employees’ developmental needs to be used for training needs assessment based on appraisal feedback and line manager request
  • Works with the HR Operations team to identify, source, shortlist and select talents into the organisation
  • Manages and maintains the company’s talent management and succession plan
  • Acts as a change agent on HR initiatives and assists in planning, execution, implementation and communication of change initiatives
  • Participates in the company’s Graduate Trainee Programme   from talent sourcing, selection, training as well as placement. Assists in managing the company’s Buddy system and ensure the buddies and recipients understand the system
  • Prepares performance appraisal reports for all subsidiaries and identify outliers within the appraisal period
  • Manages the people discussionprocess
  • Ensures Personal Production Portal (PPP) is opened for employees to input production every month
  • Conducts periodictrainings to enforce understanding of appraisal process and KPIs
  • Participates in the planningand execution quarterly and yearly employee engagement programmes
  • Supports in the preparation of quarterly and yearly regulatory returns.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Group Head, Human Resources.

Important – Consulting experience is preferred.
