Human Resources Officer needed at Nicole Sinclair Consulting

The HR Officer will oversee the daily operations of the organization. The role will focus on driving the HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and driving the growth of the team. He will be responsible for maintaining employee satisfaction, improving workplace relations, and ensuring HR processes align with high performance culture.              

Key Duties/ Responsibilities       

• Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Address employee concerns and provide support for conflict resolution.
• Assist in implementing performance processes and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and communicate them to staff.
• Assist in creating and implementing career progression, plan to nurture talent and promote growth within the organization.
• Provide data and driven insights by generating and analyzing HR reports to support decision making and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Coordinate training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Manage employee compensation and benefit administration

Qualification/ Experience

• Candidates should possess a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in general HR operations.
• Previous experience in fitness or service industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws and best practices.
