Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of inventory management system with the use of SAP or other ERP software
• Checking of opening stock as per reports on daily basis
• Verifying all the incoming raw materials with spares and consumables according to SOP/ISO standard
• Receiving and proper documentation of raw materials, spares, and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards as it relate to inventory management system.
• Support the Store Manager and team with planning, coordinating, and implementing of effective policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
• Exceptional knowledge about FIFO, LIFO & FEFO
• Adherence to good manufacturing practice within and outside the charging area.
• Utmost accountability for both raw materials, spares and consumables.

Qualifications and required skills

• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or HND in any related discipline and have experience in Store Management and inventory in manufacturing industry with a minimum of 5years relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP-MM/Other ERP/software used for proper inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel is required
• Must pay attention to details and have a good problem-solving skill
