• As a Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in empowering Nigerian children with hands-on, interactive, and project-based STEM experiences. Our programs utilize innovative tools such as Lego bricks, smart blocks, robotics, and programming, exposing students to the vast possibilities of the tech-enabled world and preparing them for the future. You don’t have to worry about preparation, as we provide all teaching materials and tools required for each class.

The Programs

• After School Enrichment Program, Camps, Co-Curricular STEM programs
• Robotics workshops in secondary schools across SW Nigeria.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare resources for programs based on assigned topics and themes
• Pre-build models and organize relevant hand-out notes
• Manage inventory of class resources
• Conduct classes and workshops following provided training and format
• Supervise and assist children during classes and after class pick-up
• Prepare end-of-term report cards as required
• Ensure student/school registration targets are met for each program – Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers – Support business development activities to introduce the organisation’s programs to new schools
• Collaborate with the Operations and Logistics team to plan, manage, and execute activities according to schedules
