Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Analysis: Regularly assess and analyse sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and devising action plans to optimize results.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand clients unique requirements and align our offerings to cater to their specific demands.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors activities to anticipate client needs and preferences.
  • Negotiations and Contract Management: Conduct negotiations with clients and manage contract agreements, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.

Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales or account management of any sector with a minimum of 3-5 years of successful track record.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess sales data, draw valuable insights, and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
