Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Track and record all payment and revenue with identification of purpose.
• Review monthly bank account reconciliation
• Supervises posting payables, receivables, expenses and any related accounting transactions
• Monthly VAT Nil return filling
• Manages Banks, suppliers, Branches, and sister companies’ reconciliation
• Maintaining receivables and payables ledger
• Reviewing trial balance and ensuring all transactions are properly booked
• Manage and maintain proper accounting filing system
• Preparing weekly bank reconciliation statement, customer account reconciliation and reports
• Preparation of cash book account.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Monitoring and ensuring impress are well spent by the account officer.
• Issuing cheques appropriately.
• Preparation of weekly budget.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance
• A Master degree is must and professional qualifications are plus
• Minimum of 10 years’ working experience
• The candidate must be between 35 40 years of age
• Manufacturing/FMCG Experience is a MUST.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Senior Accounting responsibilities.
• Leadership skills.
