Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of sales agents, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials to enhance brand visibility and attract potential buyers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business development and improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote and sell our properties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
