Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team.
- The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving revenue growth for our real estate projects in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales agents, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials to enhance brand visibility and attract potential buyers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business development and improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
