Job Description

  • As the Sales/Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration for our energy company.
  • This role will involve developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, while maintaining a strong brand presence in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets and customer needs.
  • Develop sales plans and quotas for the sales team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to promote our energy products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Implement customer retention strategies to maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Monitor and track sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of the energy industry and its market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing software tools.
  • Experience in renewable energy or energy efficiency.
  • Knowledge of energy regulations and policies.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media.
